Thoughtfully planned.
Effortlessly yours.

We plan trips down to the small stuff. The right hotel, the right room inside it, the driver who's actually waiting when you land. Then we hand it all back to you, ready to enjoy. From a weekend away to a once-in-a-lifetime honeymoon, we plan them the same way.

Our philosophy

Smart Luxury

Spend where it counts. Save where it doesn't.

Not every expensive hotel is worth the price. Not every budget choice is a compromise. Smart Luxury is knowing the difference, and using it to build a trip that spends exactly where it counts. The corner suite that earns every dollar. The standard room that doesn't. The dinner worth booking weeks ahead, and the lunch that can stay casual. It's the same skill whether the trip is a weekend away or a once-in-a-lifetime honeymoon.

Where we spend
  • The suite with the view you'll actually remember.
  • The one guided day that's genuinely worth it.
  • The transfer that saves your whole morning.
  • The dinner reservation worth planning around.
Where we save
  • The nights you're barely in the room anyway.
  • The upgrades that don't change your trip.
  • The extras that just pad a bill.
  • The name-brand stop that's all name, no brand.

Same trip, smarter math. It works at any budget, which is exactly the point.

How we work

Four things you can count on

01

A person, not an algorithm

You work directly with the advisor who plans your trip. Someone who's read the reviews, compared the floor plans, and knows which room is worth asking for. No chatbot will tell you that.

02

Access you can't get alone

Through Fora's preferred-partner relationships, your booking comes with upgrades, resort credits, and VIP status that simply aren't available when you book direct.

03

The details that make it

A welcome note that knows it's your anniversary. A driver waiting at the dock. The small things that don't show up on any itinerary template, because they come from doing the homework.

04

Fees that match the work

Every trip is a different amount of work, so advisory fees reflect the scope. You'll always know them upfront, before anything is committed.

What we do

Services, for any kind of trip

Whatever you're planning, odds are it's something we do. Here's the range, and the ways we can work together.

Honeymoons Family trips Milestones & celebrations Couples' getaways Group travel Destination weddings Weekend & quick escapes Solo travel
01

Book with perks

You already know the hotel you want. We book it through our preferred-partner access, so you get room upgrades, resort credits, and a VIP arrival at no extra cost. The easiest way to travel better, even for a single night.

02

Trip design

The full service. We build the itinerary from scratch around what you actually want: the right hotels, the right rooms, the routing, the reservations, and every detail handled before you go. This is the core of what we do.

03

The full production

Multi-destination journeys, group travel, and destination weddings. A lot of moving parts, coordinated end to end, so every traveler arrives ready to enjoy it instead of worn out from the trip.

How fees work: advisory fees are based on the scope of the trip and always discussed upfront, before any work begins. A simple hotel booking and a three-week multi-stop journey aren't the same amount of work, so they aren't priced the same. You'll always know the fee before you commit to anything.

What you get

Benefits you can't book on your own

Through relationships with the world's leading hotels, every booking carries benefits you won't find through any other channel.

01

Room upgrades

Your booked category is the starting point, not the ceiling. We request the upgrade ahead and confirm it on arrival.

02

Resort & dining credits

Daily credits for meals, the spa, and on-property experiences, so the best parts of the hotel are already covered.

03

VIP arrival

The property knows who you are before you check in. That means a warm welcome and attention that makes a stay feel personal.

04

Early check-in, late checkout

Requested at every hotel, so your first and last day aren't lost to a lobby wait or a rushed departure.

05

Welcome amenities

Honeymoon? Anniversary? We tell the hotel, and the hotel responds. Think a bottle of something cold or a handwritten note.

Perks come through preferred-partner access and are separate from advisory fees. Same rate you'd pay anyway, with all of this attached.

Each one built around what mattered most to the people taking it.

A homecoming honeymoon

One partner Vietnamese, returning for the first time in years, so a generic beach honeymoon was off the table. We routed the history first, then finished on the coast at the InterContinental Da Nang. The macarons waiting in the room were the part they still talk about.

Spain, with kids

Two adults, two kids aged four and five, one trip that worked for everyone. Barcelona for things the kids could actually do, paced around naps instead of a checklist. A private driver on every leg. An all-inclusive Mallorca finish so the parents finally got to rest.

A honeymoon that flows

A Thailand honeymoon that breathes instead of trying to see the whole country. Two nights in Bangkok for the food and the energy, then a flight south to the islands for a long, slow finish. One great room in each place, chosen on purpose, not five average ones.

Wedding travel & honeymoon planning

As the travel partner of Over the Moon Events, one of California's premier wedding studios, we handle every part of wedding travel with the same care as the day itself.

Honeymoon planning

From where to go to the hotels, transfers, and day-to-day plan, your honeymoon gets the same attention as the wedding, with perks and upgrades you won't find on your own.

Guest room blocks

We secure room blocks for out-of-town guests, negotiate group rates, and make sure arrivals go smoothly. It's the detail that most often slips. We make sure it doesn't.

Destination weddings

Group travel logistics, from guest arrivals to transfers to a full resort buyout, so everyone shows up ready to celebrate instead of worn out from the trip.

Open to everyone

You don't have to be a wedding client. Honeymoons, anniversaries, any meaningful trip, the door's open no matter how you found us.

HYTimes Travel is a boutique luxury travel advisory. You work directly with the person who plans your trip, not a call center or a booking engine. Every itinerary is built from scratch around what you actually want, by someone who's spent the time reading the floor plans, comparing the reviews, and learning which hotels are genuinely worth the rate.

Through an affiliation with Fora Travel, one of the world's leading networks of luxury advisors, every booking comes with preferred-partner access to top hotels worldwide. That turns into upgrades, resort credits, VIP status, and a welcome that's ready before you arrive.

Advisory fees are based on the scope of the trip, and we talk about them openly before any planning begins. Every trip starts with a conversation about what you're after.
