The Apēx Suite is a collection of focused travel apps made by HYTimes Studios. Each app does one thing well, costs $0.99 once, and has no subscriptions or in-app purchases.
How do I get a refund?
App purchases are handled by Apple or Google — we don't process payments directly. For a refund, visit
reportaproblem.apple.com (iOS) or the Google Play Help Center (Android). If you're having trouble getting a refund through those channels,
email us and we'll help.
I found a bug — what do I do?
Email
support@hytimesgroup.com with the app name, your device model, your OS version, and a description of what happened. We investigate every report and release fixes in the next update.
My app isn't working — help?
Try closing and reopening the app first. If the issue persists, try deleting and reinstalling — your data is stored locally and a reinstall won't delete it on iOS (if iCloud Backup is enabled). Still stuck? Email us at

Will I be charged again for updates?
Never. Every app in the Apēx Suite is a one-time purchase. All future updates — new features, bug fixes, compatibility updates — are included at no additional cost, forever.
